Camp objects
Each profession has three camp objects, one per tier. Below is the tier 1 object and the class buff its effect resembles.
| Profession | Camp object | Similar buff |
|---|---|---|
| Alchemy | Mana Well | like Blessing of Wisdom |
| Blacksmithing | Sharpening Wheel | like Strength of Earth Totem |
| Enchanting | Enchanted Lute | like Mark of the Wild |
| Engineering | Reagent Bot | reagent vendor, repairs at tier 2 |
| Herbalism | Incense Candle | like Arcane Intellect |
| Leatherworking | Camp Tent | more rested experience |
| Mining | Lodestone | like Blessing of Might |

TipCamp buffs are slightly weaker than class buffs and do not stack with them: Blessing of Kings gives 10% to all stats, the camp Fish Bowl 8%. Place objects whose buffs no class in your group provides.
Raising your skill
| Rank | From hero level | Skill up to |
|---|---|---|
| Apprentice | 1 for gathering, 5 for crafts | 75 |
| Journeyman | 10 | 150 |
| Expert | 20 | 225 |

- 01First quest
A starter quest offers Mining, Skinning or Herbalism, teaches the profession and gives 2 skill points right away.
- 02Recipe colour
Orange recipes and nodes always give a point, yellow often, green rarely, grey never.
- 03Artisan
Artisan comes only from special trainers, or from a special quest for secondary professions.
- 04Professions window
Its own window on the K key: recipes can be searched, filtered and tracked as a shopping list. Reagent bags have their own slot.
TipUnlearning a profession wipes all its progress, and the game asks you to type a confirmation. Professions in Forever have no passive bonuses: the value is in what you craft and gather, and in camp buffs.
